This wine was split three ways and fermented separately in stainless steel, neutral oak, and our concrete egg, then blended post-fermentation. Aromatic lilies and figs wrapped in a layer of wet stone on the nose work well with the soft mouth feel and fruit flavors. Pair with roasted fowl or pork seasoned with spices like saffron, clove, or allspice
