2015 Reserve Chardonnay


This Chardonnay was fermented in 50% oak barrels and 50% oak puncheons, which are twice the size as regular barrels. Nice, subtle oak, butterscotch, honeyed fruits and cloves on the nose. Viscous and fruity on the palate with lingering tannins. Pair with baked fish/shellfish, cream based chowder or anything on the lighter side of comfort food.
