1st course

Gnocchi: seared ricotta gnocchi, duck confit roasted butternut squash, spinach reduced cream, shaved parmesan Paired with 2016 Dry Riesling

2nd course

Salad: shaved brussels sprouts, shredded kale dried apricot, honey goat cheese toasted quinoa, charred poblano vinaigrette Paired with 2016 Select Harvest Riesling & 2017 Sauvignon Blanc

3rd course

Short Rib: slow braised short rib rich white bean cassoulet sausage, bacon and herbs Paired with 2016 Pinot Noir and 2016 Cabernet Franc

4th course

Bread pudding: croissant, dried cherries and currants white chocolate ice cream, candied almonds cherry port reduction Paired with Cherry Port Wine
