Small lot fermentation at warm temperatures for 14 days. Pressed, settled and put to rest in 100% French oak Puncheons for 14 months.

Cherry, raspberry, vanilla and darjeeling tea on the nose. Bright fruit on the palate opens into an earthy mid palate with structured tannin and a hint of smokiness to the fruit finish.
